I alway lift and check the sheets before I get into bed.I saw a little brow thing in the corner of the bed. I picked it up with a piece of paper and it started to run. I pull the sheets back on it. I then call the front desk and told them I had bed bugs. The office clerk told me a manager would be up in a minute. 10 minutes late nothing. I then went to the office and they had turn off all the lights and locked the doors. I was so upset I begun to bang on the door. No one came to the door. I then call a number on the front door and a lady awnser. She asked me what my problem was and I told her bed bugs. She reply maybe you brought them. She them hung up the phone. I call again and no awnser. I then nocked on the door and she finaly came out I told her I wanted a refund. Shed did gime me a receipt. I did not say anything else. I did not want to say or do anything stupip. the older lady was so rude. be aware of the Nugget Hotel in 651 North Stewart Street, Carson City, NV 89701
