Arrived at hotel at 5 AM from near by music festival. I am From Owings Mills, MD, I live alone in a VERY CLEAN apartment and sleep in a Sealy Optimum Bed, memory foam, with protective case, the whole sha-bang...I woke up at 10 AM, showered, and went to lay back down and noticed a spot on my pillow. Upon further inspection it was a huge bed bug. I went to the office, spoke to the manager and only asked for my money back (60$ for the night), he then called me a liar, walked with me to the room and saw the bed bug, told me I put it there, went to flush it and continued to tell me I brought it because it was only 1 bug. I woke up with red itchy bites on my arms, face & back. I emailed the manager and waiting to hear back.

Checked in Aug 7. Numerous bites on my right leg when I woke up in the middle of the night. Saw a bedbug going after my left leg. Checked out Aug 8. When I mentioned it to the person at the desk, he pulled out a pest control report dated Feb 25.

Stayed at the Country Place Inn with a friend on 6/23/23 to 6/24/23 while traveling to campsite. Room was infested with bed bugs, noticed later in the night. The clerk seemed unfazed by complaint. Found live bedbugs on clothing days later. Disgusting.
