Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in on June 29, 2015. Before we unloaded our luggage from out car, we wanted to check the room. My wife is an apartment site manager and oversees 116 apartments. Because of her occupation we now check all of our rooms before we being in any thing from the car. We were given room 203. immediaty we found bed bugs in each bed. We went back to the fromt desk, trying to be discreet for their budiness' sake but the receptionist didnt want to believe us at first. After having their staff check the ro, we were given a new room several floors away. We thoroughly checked it amd all was good. Overall, this motel is ran down & in need of TLC & renovations. This will be the last time we ever stay here again.
