Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Bed bugs found in all beds of our 3 bedroom rental 6/21/15. Two us us woke up covered in bites. Resort management moved us quickly but then tried to cover up the incident and continued to rent the house out to other unaware renters without getting the house inspected by pest control. They made one effort to schedule an inspection but when the pest control man couldn't come right away they rented the house out the next day. When asking for a report and a 1 day refund I was ignored, treated extremely poorly and caught the resort in numerous lies. I do not think the resort has inspected and/or treated the property. They refuse to take it off the rental market long enough to handle it. Very GREEDY....
