Me and my fiance have been renting a room here since the first week of March.2015 and it's infested with bed bugs. We started out in room 26 or 27 and after being awaken from itching badly I turned the lights on and found 3 baby bed bugs so I took them to the office and demanded our money back. We pay $209 a week and they refuse to clean the rooms to rid the bed bugs. Everyone here is angry because of the issue but can't afford to move because our money is being spent here and once a landlord knows our location, they deny us an apartment. I literally just caught one and placed it in a jar for proof. I've had the health inspector out here and he verified it was infested. Pest control came to spray for spiders so I asked if it was for bed bugs and he told me no because the owners refuse to pay to rid the problem but they know it's infested. I want all our money back including expenses for my clothes, pain and suffering due to not able to sleep because I'm afraid one will crawl in my ears. I have bites everywhere. Please help us
