I have bee here for four years. For the past year and a half we have ah bed bugs. We have been treated twice. I know they are in other units because I just saw pest control come out of an apartment today. I know that a shop downstairs has also claimed to have them. The landlord pays for the cheapest pest control out there and has yet to fix the problem. We also have cockroaches and termites. Do not live here. Moving as soon as my wallet allows.

Have been a tenant for five years and not sure why. I have had bed bugs three times because the landlord fails to properly attend to issue. My neighbors of both sides have been treated several times over the years and without fail they just come back. The landlord and apartment manager will blame it on you and will not relocate you to a hotel while your place is being treated. Even the businesses below have them. How do I know? Well unlike the manager, I speak to al the engineers they have ever had- and they will show you pictures of the infestation that will horrify you. Laurie the manager is a waste of your time- she doesn\'t take care of the building at all and she has had bed bugs several times and spreads them by putting all her furniture out by the trash cans. Ty is a slumlord. He has an f on bbb reports. I\'ll stay until the health department comes and a lawsuit is filed. I want my half from these idiots. Don\'t live here- just run
