Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

my face arms & back were covered in bed bug bites upon returning...I've been talking to several other people on fb who've stayed there & they had bed bugs in other suites besides mine (131) they happened in suite 222 & the villa luxury cabins. My husband & kids also have many bites.

Occurred on 4/30/2021 Stayed at one of the villas rented through Airbnb - building 6. My pregnant wife woke up covered with red marks. Her doc told her to go to the ER, where we started to suspect bed bugs. We went back to get our things, and to check, and sure enough, there they were on the box spring at the top of the bed. We saw a dozen or so along the seam of the cover. The owners won't do a thing. Airbnb won't do a thing. The resort apparently is walled off from the condos even though it's under the same name.
