My 7 year old son slept on the hide a bed on Thursday night June 11th, 2015. The next morning he was covered in bed bug bites - head to toe. Hotel denied it was the case. But they have had so many outbreaks they have their own staff and heat equipment to treat bed bugs.

Stayed at Glacier Canyon Lodge first weekend in January 2017. I only had 4 bites but felt sick for over a week. The room was a little dirty upon inspection, but everyone wanted to stay. This hotel, especially their pool water seems very unsanitary. I didn't realize I had bites until the next day when I couldn't stop itching! We spent 4 hours stripping our bedroom at home and putting it all back together to make sure we didn't bring any home! We reported it to management and of course they said they inspected the room and didn't find any. There are several complaints about the Glacier Canyon wing! Stay away!

At 6 am on Nov 27th, my daughter woke up to get ready to leave and found a live adult bed bug crawling in the bed she was sleeping in. We were able to capture the bug and reported to hotel management. 3 people from their staff came and searched the room. I showed them the one we caught and they found casing of one and we also found a nymph and egg while we were searching. They relocated us to a different room and said they would bring pest control in.

11/1/2022 Woke up in the morning to a bed bug on the bed next to the one I was sleeping on. I quick put it in a cup and covered it to show management and they confirmed it was a bed bug and said they checked the room and didn’t see any others in the room.
