Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

After finding one I wasn't sure if that's what it was. Then when I found a second one my husband caught it and brought it down to the front desk. We simply asked for arrefund because we couldn't stay there. I had teens with me. The worker ttold us that he didn't have authority to give refunds so we got him to call the manager. He did so and I spoke to the manager who told me he is simply the manager and couldn't give refunds without the owners consent and he was out of the country. I told the manager that unless he gave me a refund I was not only going to report his hotel but that I would sue him. He told me that I could take whatever action I would like. So instead of giving me my money back, he'd rather get sued.disgustingI
