We found a bedbug and management didn't seem to care and told us to come back when the office is open. I kept the actual bedbug and have pictures and video. A simple apology and sense of urgency and a BIT of care would have went a long way. Instead, I just received a rude, "You gotta come back at 11 when the office is open" and trying to snatch the bedbug out of my hand. I informed him that I had to be at work at 11 and he just repeated himself, rolling his eyes. Also being that the maintenance man had already pulled our beds apart, if we did not have to go to work, were we suppose to sit in the hot sun and wait for the office to open and we were inconvenienced? Courtesy goes a long way and to be made felt that finding a bedbug was not important to management but important enough for the maintenance man to immediately inspect the problem, speaks volume on the level of professionalism here. Refused to give a ONE day refund AND bedbug report as this was the only thing requested.
