Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

we've been in and out of this hotel the last year and never had any issues. came back recently into the neighbouring room to our usual and started getting chewed up. searches around and found bed bugs, feces marks on mattresses and carcasses. leaving very soon and never coming back. terrible customer service anyway.

I booked a stay from 04/04/24 to 04/08/2024 . Everything seemed fine the first night. Woke up in the morning with couple bites and wrote it off as mosquito bites . The next day 04/06/2024 woke up completely bitten up arms, legs, back, even neck and face . Took off sheets and the mattress cover was disgusting with stains and even blood stains as well as bed bug feces in box spring. Reported it. I’ve Left and I’m looking to get a full refund.
