We saw evidence of bed bug frass on the corners of both mattresses. We reported it to management after 3 hours of being in the room & upon noticing bug debris. Management was nonchalant in their response. They did not offer us a refund or a new room. They did not even inspect. We had to leave at 11:00 pm after driving all day.

4-1-17,3:00am. Found bedbugs in the room, 245. I told my friend that I was itching real bad, so we got out of the bed and started checking the bed and found bedbugs crawling around the head of the bed,we immediately got dressed and went to the front office to speak to a manager but the manager wasn't there. So the desk clerk made a report and told us to come back the next the day. I came back for two days and the manager still wasn't there. Got a call today,4-4 from the front office, she said the exterminator came today and found no bedbugs crawling around so no money wasn't refunded. I told her that I was going to report The Royal Regency Inn because we got bit all up that night. Also while we were there reporting our incident someone came to report the same problem, he stayed in room 237. The manager gave us the run around.
