Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

12/30/14, checked mother in-law into 1215 extended stay room & rate because she was relocating to Dallas and unsure how long until apt. would be available. Room was dingy and no frills, did our own cleaning with Lysol wipes. No linens provided, put new store bought sheets and blanket on bed and went to sleep. She wakes around 2am with several bugs on her exposed arms, more around her pillows and can see them streaming from headboard and mattress. Contact front desk, they offer to change rooms. While working on this another guest is leaving in a huff after being moved to THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS and all had bedbugs! Decide to just check out in the morning, ANOTHER guest with same issue being told NO REFUNDS, leave or they'll call the cops!! Obviously this is their racket, considering the level of infestation they don't have professional exterminators. What a sham! Stay away, for your own health!!
