We Moved Into The Building On November 14 2011 And We were Newlyweds,We Got Our First Apartment That We Were approved For Through Section 8 Housing, Based On Income. We Noticed We Were Getting Bitten By some Type Of Bug, And Amediately Voiced Our Concerns to Our Building Manager And to Vermont State Housing Athority. The Building Manager Told Us That It's probably Be A Bedbug And The Were Spraying, We Asked Them What A Bedbug Was, And The Building Manager Told Us It Looks Like An apple Seed With Legs, Which Grossed Us Out. So We Hve Been Dealing With The Ongoing Bedbug Problem That No-One Want's To Eradicate. We Have Been In The Papers And Local News Media On Our Bedbug Issue. Were Taking Legal Actions Against Our Building,And They Are Dening The Bedbug Problem. We Have Had Bedbug Sniffing Dogs Come in The Building On Several Occasions. And Had Not Been Told That The Building Manager Was Asked To Spray The Building Prior To The Bedbug Sniffing Dogs Coming In To Search For The Bedbugs. They Were Cancelled Many Times Due To The Throw Off Of A Chemical Being Sprayed. Which I Think Was Wrong. They Said The Couldn't Do The Inspection Because Of The Prior 30 Day Spray, They are Trying To Throw Off The Dogs So They Won't Hit On The Scent Of Bedbugs. We Still To This Day Voice concerns Of This Building, And Still Nothing Done. We Are Getting Bitten Daily, I Just Wish The Would Hve Been Honest With Us From The Start,And I /We Would Have Not Taken Our Belongings Off Our Truck And Moved In. They Also Changed The Rental Lease Saying You cannot Sue For Bedbuigs, Due To Our Lawsuit. Which Is Illegal. It's Illegal To rent An Apartment Infested With Bedbugs Or Any Bugs,Rodents Etc. Thank You
