When I moved in from out of state I signed my lease and was told that if I had any issues with maintenance or bed dugs that I had to report it withing 24 hours. Having no enperience with bed bugs I did not know what to look for or what the symptoms of bed bug bites were. Since I work outside I assumed the bites I had were from another source. I did not get them within the 24 hour window. When the management was appraoched the said the since I did not report the issue within the 24 hour window that it was not their rpobelm but they would spray for the. This was a huge inconvenience and they did not assist in any way. I had no where to put my belongings that I had to seal in plastic bags and ultimately had to put them in my car. When I asked the assistant manager(Catrina,I think), how they can sleep knowing that they put new tenants in apartments with bed bugs she said the apartment did not have them and implied that I brought them with me. This was not the case. I asked to the Owners Name and number and was given Mosaic Residential Incorporated's phone #(281)647-6400. Numerous calls resulted in only voice mail reponsed with all of the mail boxes of the 5 extetions I tried being full. I was unable to leave a message. She also gave me the name of the manager at the complex, who is John Bain but informed me he was unavaialble due to being out on maternity leave. She accused me of getting hostile with her and hung up on me.
