Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Sunday November 20, 2022. Found bed bug crawling across bedding. Wife killed bug. Son who slept on couch had several bug bites that morning on his hand and arms. Reported to front desk, was informed that a manager would have to deal with the situation, and managers do not work on Sunday. Was told they call eco lab and they will come and clean the room. Heard back later in the day from employee that it was turned into insurance and insurance would contact me. Nothing they could do about it because it was a big deal. I was charged for my room and told they couldn't cancel the charges. Waiting to hear back. Am concerned about bringing them back to my home and infesting my home with bed begs. No response from hotel.
