Checked into hotel at almost 11pm. Stayed in the room for almost 3 hours when we saw the first bedbug on the wall near the light socket. Then we started looking around and pulled back the blankets and sheets and saw more of them in the beds. We then went to the front desk and gave them evidence of a big we killed and placed in a cup. The clerk said only the manager would provide refund for the room. That took 4 days and 3 calls to corporate to force the manager to follow through. There was never an apology or even surprise from the hotel staff. I am positive they aware of the infestation and if their initiative on extermination is anything like that for their customer experience, this place will remain disgusting and abundant with bugs!
