My daughter moved in Cayce Cove apartments on 8-15-2015 . Apartment was not clean and bugs were present. We complained to office about the bugs however they stated their was no management on duty and that the propblem would be noted. On Sunday the girls reported bugs again to the front office and a note was written down on a sticky for management ( still no management to talk to) Girls went again on Monday and complained still nothing done. I called on Wednesday and spoke with the office staff because still there was no management I was told that everyone was on vacation. Now why would all of management be on vacation the week of move in? At this point my daughter and her roommates are so stressed and in tears they are getting eaten by bugs and they seem to be getting worse. One of the girls proceeded to the office taking a bug for them to see. Well low and behold its a bed bug and they were told it would be Monday before anyone could come access the problem (now this is Wednesday the 19th and no one can come until Monday the 24th). By this time the girls are in tears and the lady says I will see what I can do to have someone here today. Next thing I klnow I"m gettiong a call that they must pack up all their stuff and leave the apartment. Now I am two hours away from my daughter and I am thinking someone will help these girls do what is required. Well boy was I wrong. Offcie gave them a box of trash bags and said pack it and get out. I drove two hours to Cayce Cove to find my daughter and her roommates sitting on the sidewalk with all their belongings no idea what to do next and no guidance from any of the Cayce Cove staff and of course no management. This story only gets worse . My daughter was eaten fom head to toe because her bed that Cayce Cove furnished was the bed bug nest .My daughter had been sleeping in the nest. Her entire room was infested !!!!! Now Cayce Cove is telling me they will not release us from the lease agreement... I told them I was releaseing my self and taking my child else where. This I have done ... Please do not say here..... this place needs to be closed down and the the entire complex treated for bed bugs.
