Arrived to first room 307 and turned around and walked out. Reeked of cat urine and mold. Should have ran. Instead was told try 302. Saw men actively renovating so assumed just an older room. Next room smelled like oranges and looked cleaner. After dropping our luggage on bed left to go to a show. Returned that evening and sat on beds for an hour. When taking a shower noticed huge bite marks on torso, back of legs and arms. My daughter and grandson also had bite marks over their bodies. We checked four corners of both beds and they were infested. We quickly packed up and went to check out. The clerk was very pleasant when I told him we were covered in bed bug bites and he refunded our room and apologized. He did not appear surprised at all, which is very concerning as many other people were staying with children. I reported to the health department wrapped our belongings in large plastic bags and drove half the night to get home and decontaminate our belongings and selves. Abrupt end to our vacation so sad and hope health department takes this seriously. Please report and findings along with writing on this website to help clean up Branson.
