Me and my husband awoke to bedbugs while sleeping at this hotel, I took pictures and a video. I opened curtain to get light in the room and saw a dumpster full of matresses. They did not refund our money, and I am totally grossed out. The girl at the desk said she couldn't call manager because she won't answer. This happened on 6-13-11. They know they have a problem and the just don't care. Two cleaning ladies told us they've had problems in the past, I don't think the problems ever left but on unsuspecting people's luggage and clothes.
