Jan.17, 2022 Several units are experiencing a bed bug (and roach) infestation. The landlords have been notified previously on several occasions and the only treatment has been a quick chemical spray in just corners on the floor without prior notification of when or even if there was suppose to be an exterminator coming by so several units missed the chance to get it done because they weren’t home. No follow up from landlord or exterminators. Spoke to several tenants and have confirmed they are still experiencing this issue. I couldn’t get in contact with more units to see exactly how many had the current problem. They are still renting units out even though there is more than just a handful of units that have severe bed bug infestations. You can also see previously that there is more than just one report for this property so it seems to be an ongoing problem and they don’t seem to care about the tenants well being. Especially since there is little to no maintenance for any of the units when reporting any problems anyways. This has been going on for about a year that I personally know of for this complex in 2021 going into 2022. No one is helping or easing tenants minds and they are left with this problem and are mentally and physically scarring residents who can’t do anything about it.
