I rented a room at 9 motel on east mulberry, Fort Collins. On June 9th 2023 Checked in, was really tired, so I just laid around and finally feel asleep, woke up to my arms burning and they had weird marks and bumps but ignored it and went back to sleep after settling and rinsing my arms; by 3am I had woken up again and was cover in bumps and seen the bugs scurry in the seams so I got up pulled off the sheets and found the bedbugs, took pictures, took a shower and checked out of my paid room at 4am instead of 11am and took my concerns to the front counter, she completely ignored me, and told me no refunds and refused to acknowledge or look at the pictures of the infestation of the mattress. I left and decided 20 minutes later to go back and see if they had seen the room and she refused to talk to me and hung up to the phone that I called her on because she was ignoring me.
