Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed at the hotel November 29-December 2, 2018. Found a bed bug on our bedspread one morning and broke out in itchy welts. Pictures were taken of the bug and my welts. Contacted the Aquarius Hotel and was asked to email them my pictures. Nothing heard since.

Our room had bugs which were later determined to be bedbugs. Staff did nothing to help us. They didn\'t tell us what to do, didn\'t offer assistance. Just sent us on our way knowing that their lack of assistance could lead to infestation of our car and homes.

June 20, 2021 came back to my hotel room to find a bed bug crawling across the top covers. Called for assistance, security came, took pictures and a report, and I was moved to another room.

Date 11/30/2021 There was a few bed bugs and bunch of little ones and little red bugs crawling around all over the bed my son and husband and I got all bite up, advised staff, I well never return to this place again ...my son is very traumatized about the situation.

2/10/24 Checked in and unpacked in room 4030, Arizona tower. Returned from the casino around 11:30pm and found a bed bug crawling across the bed spread. Called the front desk and they sent security to the room. They moved us to another room which seems clean.
