I woke up, showered, packed all my belongings back up, and when I was about to walk out the door I took a look at my bed where I had whipped the covers back. There were spots of blood on my pillow case and right below, near where my shoulders had been. THEN, a little bit further down was a bed bug! I stayed one night in the Super 8 and spent that entire next day freaking out about bites. However, bed bug bites take up to 14 days to appear, and sure enough 5 days later--- I am covered in bites all around my neck, shoulders, and back. Disgusting.
