To whom it may concern: I travel with my work. I landed in Chicago O’Hare airport at 7:10 Pm I was picked up by my coworker around 7:25 PM. My coworker drove me to motel-8 in the city of Bourbonnais,  (1390 Lock DR. Bourbonnais, IL 60914.) I checked in at the hotel on October 28, 2017 at 8:43 pm.  I fell asleep around 12 PM, awoken by painful bites feelings all over my right side arm, neck and leg. I seen bugs crawling all in my bed in Room 211. Then I proceeded to start videoing the bugs and my injuries. I went to the front to show the receptionist the video and bites on my arm. Then I ask the receptionist could she please change rooms for me.  The receptionist respond by tell me that she did not have any extra room to move me to. I responded by telling her was going to sleep in the lobby because I refuse to go back into room 211. When I went back up to the room to get my laptop to leave that hotel. The receptionist stop me. And told me she did have another room 200 that room was still infested with bugs.   I just fell a sleep in a chair in room 200 that still was infested with bugs until the next morning. IF SOMEONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CAN PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN SUBMIT THE VIDEOS OF THE BUGS AND MY INJURIES? On 9/16/2024 I was staying in room 120 of this hotel. At about 1:00 a.m. I was woken up with pain just below the back of my neck. I felt the area and there were bumps all over the area. I went up to the front and showed the two ladies working the front deck my back. They said, you just have a rash and must be allergic to something. They moved me to the room next to mine, but it was hard to sleep from the pain. I called and talked to the managers wife the next day. After I told her about what I went through that night, all she had to say was, we'll inspect the room, thanks for letting us know. I've stayed in hotels for 20 years and have had 4 interactions with bed bugs. This was the first time the hotel didn't believe me. I showed them the bedbug bites on my back, but the blow me off. Other times when it happened, the hotel refunded me for it, but not this hotel
