1. 10-26-23 to 10-19-23 2. Management was nonchalant and unsurprised. They would not refund the rate of the room, only the last night and some additional fees. Very active bedbugs that apparently were crawling all over our body and face as shown from the over 70 bites that showed up on my friend. She had an extreme reaction and is suffering deeply. Staff was not surprised when we alerted them at 5am when we woke up with bugs crawling on the bed and bagged one in one of our extra ziplocks to show them. Staff's reaction was a shrug and saying "we have a full house every night." We were also told management "usually does something for this" in terms of compensation. It's clear this is common at this hotel and the reaction and lack of empathy was horrifying.
