03/31/2017 Time around 7:30 pm Friday night. We woke up around 12:45 am 04/01/2017 with welps and bite marks all on us and itching all over it was horrible. I cut the light on when my husband complain of mosquitoes bites and itching but when we looked down at the pillow it was a bed bug crawling fast. We jumped up out the bed and told everyone lets go. So we packed up fast and left my daughter blanket because I didn't want to take a chance with bed bugs on it. My son got bit from on the couch. We all got in our cars and went to the office. We told the receptionist about it and he said that he was sorry. We asked for our money back and told him that we was going to drive back home. We also asked to speak to the manager but he said that they wouldn't be there until the next day. He said he would let the manager know. I called Saturday 04/01/2017 8:27pm and asked to speak to the manager and transfered the call to manager but no answer and left a message and didn't get a call back. My husband called Sunday 04/02/2017 at 2:15pm and the lady receptionist told him that he was out on the property and she would leave a note for him. And transferred him to voicemail to leave another massage.
