October 14, 2017. Checked in the first room bed bug casing on floors and walls and pillow. Called front desk to complain and states that they move me to another room and they were going to take pictures. Room attendant came in asked for the key and the escorted me to the room no picture were taken. Soon as I got to the new room their were casings on floor pillows and bed. Due to health and safety for my family I decided to leave the hotel. Front desk rolled his eyes at me and states that the manager will have to decide if i can get refund. Manager response was that they did an inspection and they did not see any bed bugs so they are not going to refund me.

Overnight stay from the 25th to the 26th of June in 2019. Room looked clean. Took a nap and woke up to itching on my inner thigh. looked at the area and found about 7 raised bumps in a circular area. Photo was taken. Got up looked for bed bugs, under the sheets, in the crevices, under the mattress/above the box spring and found no bugs. Dismiss it as likely not a bed bug. Wake up with one new spot in the morning. Go downstairs and another person in my party, on another floor in own room, has similar bed bugs. Reported to staff, they told manager and staff member came back over to say we can go talk to her if we want to. Manager did not seem concerned and took no initiative to come over to investigate.
