Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked one room found them in head board and mattress. Told front desk and they gave us another room same thing. Went in and got a full refund. we left immediately. And I see here they have had the problem for a while now. How can they stay open.

9-29-2016 Hotel looked nice and was clean enough. Front desk clerk was very nice. While sleeping, I awoke and felt something crawling on my arm. Turned on the light to see a large bed bug. I could see more smaller bed bugs around bed and headboard. Took a couple of bugs up to the night clerk and asked for a refund. Night clerk was very nice and apologized for the bed bugs. Received full refund.
