Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On 11/10/17 we checked into the hotel for a two night stay. Football team was there for a tournament. First night we were in 118 and appeared to be fine, however on day 2 we noticed an actual live bed bug crawling on the bed. I took the bug down to the front desk in a tissue and showed it to them. At that point they moved us to room 302. I woke up around 6:30 am with bites on my elbow and I went directly down to the front desk. When assistant manager came in at 8 I had a conversation with her who admitted room 118 had previously been checked for bed bugs. She refunded one night, but general manager Roger is refusing to refund the second night. Still fighting with this hotel. GRRRR!
