June 8, 2017. We checked into the hotel after a 14 hour drive.We were in town for my niece's graduation from the Marines boot camp. The room was very stuffy and the air was not working right. My best friend was going to unpack our food bag and a cockroach was crawling into our bag. She killed it and we took it to the front desk, the clerk did not seem surprised and said they just sprayed and it was probably a straggler. My friend told her if we see another one we were leaving. We went back to our room to finally get some sleep as soon as I pulled back the sheets two bed bugs came out. My friend and her daughter jumped off the beds and we immediately started packing up our things. I had to throw my pillow away. And we had to clean and shake out all our things. I went to the front desk with the bed bugs and demanded my money back.I asked that they comp us a room at another hotel, they refused and said we can have another room in the hotel. I told them they were nuts and we found another hotel.DON'T STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!!!

Late check in on /526. It was early morning (1 am) 5/27 I was awakened by intense itching on my leg, knee, and arm. Got up and went into bathroom so I could turn the light on to see why I was itching. Saw the bites. Went to check my bed and pulled the covers back. There was one bed bug crawling on the bed. The management changed our room. We tried to find someplace else that day but couldn’t find another hotel because it was Memorial day weekend. I got several more bites across my chest. Asked to be comped for the entire stay but the manager said they would have to check the room to see if any were present. We did check ourselves but should have suspected something because the mattresses and box springs were enclosed in zippered covers. My belongings are still outside because I did not want to chance bribing them into the house. Terrible experience.
