On 7/25/2016, at 7:32 PM, My girlfriend and I checked in to Best Western Atlantic City West Extended Stay & Suites located at 701 Black Horse Pike, Pleasantville, NJ 08232 We were put in a double queen bed room. At approximately, 4 AM I was awaken by an enormous itching sensation. Once the lights were on I came to discover numerous red bumps on my arms. Thinking the worst, bedbugs, I removed myself from the bed and began inspecting the bed. Not far into my inspection, underneath the pillow, I discovered 3 full grown bed bugs, See attached video and photos. We quickly removed all of our belongings and sought medical attention at a nearby urgent care facility. I was given some antibiotics and returned to the hotel in attempt to request for a full refund. The receptionist at the time stated she may only refund a one night stay and nothing further. The receptionist stated we must wait for a manager or supervisor to begin at 9 AM and then simply was instructed to return to our inhabitable, bedbug invested room. At approximately 9:20 AM I requested to see the manager and supervisor and was told by the receptionist that there is not a supervisor nor manager in and that one will contact me once they are in. It has been 3 days now and still no response. I contacted Best Western Customer services and a manager responded to them stating they will contact me shortly.
