Stayed at the Western Inn for 1 night, and woke up with over 70 bedbug bites! I actually pulled the sheets back from the mattress the next day and found a bedbug. I put it in a cup and took it to the front desk to show them why we were checking out early. I was in contact with the manager throughout the next week, and they were HORRIBLE about resolving the issue! I spoke with another girl at the front desk that was never even informed of the issue, that told me the room had been rented out again. They didn't have a pest control company out there to check it out until 5 days after the incident, where it was confirmed they had bedbugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone in hopes that they never have to go through what I did!

I notice red spots on my skin in the beginning part of the week. I then worked in Omaha for a couple of days. Upon returning to Western in I took a nap and noticed I felt bugs crawling and pulled back the sheets and took video of a bed bug crawling away from me.

March 26. We booked a room and everything was fine till we got into bed. We had two small children with us. Both were crying and itchy. We noticed red spots on both, along with both adults. We pulled back the covers and bedding only to find 6 bedbugs crawling all over! We packed our things and told front desk about the issue where they completely ignored the facts. We took pictures as well. Our poor babies.
