Checked in August 18 checked out August 19 was getting out of bed & noticed something dark on the white sheets! It was crawling! My first thought was kill it! So I did! Blood on my finger! I took a close up picture & compared it to a picture on my phone!! Sure enough a bed bug! Made me sick! Went down to show it to the young man at the desk! He also took a picture! He said he could only give me 10% off our room! I said that’s not good enough! Of course the manager wouldn’t be in for 2 more hr! We left straight to the laundry to wash 2 suitcases full of clothes! 2 hr later we were done! Called to see if manager was there yet! No such luck! So we had to travel on! We have been traveling for 8 days! We paid more for this stay than all the others. No bed bugs until this one. I called & got a hold of the manager she said she would comp our room. I said that’s fine but what about 20 dollars on laundry & lost time? she said that’s all she could do. I’ve been trying to get a response from there corporate office!
