Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed two times in this room 7/7 and 6/30 never stay in this room have been staying there for over5 months on a regular basis, called 7/11 to report bits now my whole lower torso and face and arms are full of bites. Have emailed them I am do to stay there again on 7/14 I have been nice about this and my articles were not brought in my house as I had to leave 7/8 for mayo clinic in Minnesota what do I do at this point?

3/31/19 1:12am. Woke up to find a bed bug crawling on me. Took the dead bug to the front desk and the staff member stated "yep looks like a bed bug". He proceeded to ask if I wanted to change rooms. I told him no, we were leaving the hotel. He proceeded to tell me that I would receive a full refund and gave me trash bags to contain our belongings.
