February 8, 2025 at 5:30 A.M. Hotel desk put me in a different room but offered to compensation. When I requested it, they gave me a business card with an email for their "Management Team." I sent a letter, pictures and a video even though the bedbug was trapped on the bed under a cup for them to see. They never responded so I sent everything again and they still did not respond. Very disappointing lack of customer service.
