1/5/2020 Bed bugs. Checked into the hotel, showered, left to grab some food. When we got back, about 3 hours after we had checked in, we went to lay down for the night. This is when we noticed a bug on one of our pillows. We immediately packed our things up and spoke with management. They asked us what we would like them to do, we requested a refund. Then we were repeatedly told it wasn't a bed bug, but they were unable to identify what kind of other bug it is. They offered a different room but we just wanted a refund. They tried to convince us it wasn't a big deal and it was just one bug. None of this would have been quite as big of a deal if we didn't have our one month old son with us, who could be harmed seriously by them. We haven't spoken with management yet but based on our experience so far we expect to pursue legal counsel about this. It is simply not okay to knowingly infect someone with a disease carrying parasite and then refuse them a refund because of your doing so.

Checked in on June 27th. Slept the night, had breakfast, and came back to the room to do some work. Was working from the bed and saw a large bed bug at 10:am on June 28th. Informed the hotel front desk and they sent someone up to confirm. The hotel staff confirmed the room had bed bugs. Disgusting.
