01/10/2017 I Awoke at 4am to a discomfort on my arm. I got out of bed and noticed a bump which appeared to be a bite mark. I turned on the lights and pulled back the covers and found a large bed bug. I was able to trap it in a cup. I quickly gathered my things and called the front desk. The guy there asked if I'd like to be switched to another room. I declined because I have previously had marks on my arms and legs after staying there but never found any proof. This time it was undeniable. They refused to issue me a refund because I booked through travel agency. I called the travel agency who called the hotel, who was willing to refund the rest of my remaining days but not the time I had already stayed. They didn't seem too surprised that I found what I found.
