11/09/2024 Caught a bedbug in room 104, climbing up the curtains right next to the bed. Brought it to the front desk, and their response was asking me if I wanted my sheets changed. I requested a full deep cleaning of the room. Later that day I could tell that the sheets had been changed, but room had not even been vacuumed (or at least, not vacuumed properly). Upon checkout the next day, I again brought the caught bug to the front desk. Response was better this time at first, as front desk agent said she was going to get the manager. She came back and offered me $70 total off my 3 night stay. The manager never even bothered to come out to speak with me. Not sure if the room was taken out of use after we left. This room has only two rooms between it and the hotel laundry room, where all sheets and towels are washed.
