7/18/2022 Our whole softball team stayed here for a tournament and was bit up by bed bugs. We had 12 rooms. We showed the front desk the infestation on the headboards, in the wood, on the mattresses. At the time they admitted it was bed bugs and now they are trying to claim there were no bugs. We have photos of the infestation (large actual bugs adult size, eggs, Larva, and casings), we have photos of several families with bites all over their bodies. We confirmed with doctor that these are in fact bed bug bites. This hotel and the General Manager JM is refusing to do anything about this! DO NOT STAY HERE.
