Yes, there is an infested bed at this hotel in my room. It is horrible and I am unable to sleep at all. I reported it the first night and the response from the Steven Carroll was that they would not provide new sheets, a room switch, a refund, or allow checkout. He said he didn\'t believe me but he really didn\'t want to accommodate. I called customer service and no response. I called the health dept and city. This hotel room is also illegally video monitored by the owner of the room...they time share some of the rooms at these. I was moved in unknowingly and have been stalked in the bugged room allowing the pervert to watch the room live and make comments. The entire experience has been horrible. The bed bug infestation is a problem and now it is Monday and he still has not done one thing to fix this. Since they will not provide a refund, I am stuck here paying for an infested bed. I also tried washing the sheets myself Sunday, an expense I should not have had to incur. It didn\'t solve the problem although it helped a little bit. I asked them to replace sheets Saturday with the complaint, noting done by hotel to fix. They are proud of their infested bed. Do not stay here.

Yes, bed bugs in room 206. The office is proud of this and will do absolutely nothing to fix it. I have made numerous calls and requests including asking for a refund and checkout. Do not stay here.
