Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I used to book through prestige inn frequently due to their low price. After a busy game-weekend, I booked room 140 (April 23) and ended up with several stings. I had to get checked by a doctor, and ended up taking antibiotics. I reported the issue to them. Approximately three weeks later, the exact same problem occurred in room 118. I called them near midnight, and search the room and we were able to find one bug on the bed, which they said it must be coming from me! (I Never had a bed bug bite before). Clearly, none of the bed sheets get cleaned between check-ins.
