We stayed at this hotel on a summer vacation and first time in Vegas. First impression of the hotel room was wonderful, big and clean looked like a luxury room. Tucked myself into be and within 30 minutes started feeling itchy and lifted my head up to find bedbug on my pillow. After that stayed up all night sitting in the bathroom as I refused to sleep in that bed! Husband didn't care he slept anyways but I stayed up all night and even snapped some photos of the bedbugs crawling all around on the bed where my husband and daughter slept! As soon as morning arrived I called front desk. Manager and sequrity came to inspect and found smashed bugs on pillow and my photos plus a live big but denie that those bugs where "bedbugs" ridiculous, I know what a bedbug looks like can't fool me!!
