On the early morning of 10-11-2016 My significant other and I were sleeping when he was awoken by a burning, piercing pain in his right arm and right forehead. He jumped up and turned on the light and at least a dozen bedbugs scattered. I immediately grabbed my phone and filmed/photographed bedbugs crawling on the pillows and at the upper right corner of the bed/box spring. We placed the receipt to our room on the bed and filmed a bed bug crawling all over it for documentation purposes. We immediately retrieved clean clothes, showered, placed everything in a garbage bag, and left the room. I demanded a refund, which they gave me. I later got a call from the owner, but ultimately became frustrated with the situation and hung up. My significant other sustained multiple bites (he is going to our doctor tomorrow because the bites are noticeably edematous and are causing intense itching despite Benadryl use) and I was fortunately left unscathed......
