Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

·From: I-84 East Take Exit 64 on from Interstate 84. At the stop sign at the end of the ramp turn left under the freeway. At the second stop sign turn right. We are located at the end of the drive just past the McDonalds. ·From: I-84 West Take Exit 64 on from Interstate 84. At the stop sign at the end of the ramp turn right. At the second stop sign turn right again. We are located at the end of the drive just past the McDonalds.

Tuesday, April 10th – arrive at Best Western, Hood River, checked into room 304 at 4:30-5pm Wednesday, April 11th - in the evening, before bed I notice red, painful bumps on both forearms Thursday, April 12th – bumps become more inflamed and painful, I show them to my team, we return to BW that evening and I show them to the front desk staff. I am moved from room 304 to room 306. Both mattresses (room 304 & 306) have large urine stains. I am then moved, for the third time to room 330. Friday, April 13th – I wake up in the morning to notice additional red, inflamed bumps/bug bites on both sides of my upper torso, near axilla. These become more inflamed and painful throughout the day. I check-out on 4/13 and fly home. The staff was quick to move me to a new room after the initial incident. However, they emailed me after checking out and stated that they "searched the entire room from top to bottom and found no evidence of bed bugs, red stains or insects of any kind". They then requested pictures and a timeline of events.
