Morning of 7/12/21 Woke up at 8am. Sitting on bed and noticed bug on my pillow. Also 2 spots on pillowcase. Searched under top sheet and found another one. Took photos and sent to my son who is exterminator. He verified it. I contained both bed bugs. Reported at front desk and showed them one of bugs so they could show exterminator. Requested $ back. Managers wife arrived and said we haven't had any bedbug problems this year. We went to room because she wanted me to show her where. As she pulled back sheets and mattress cover another one was crawling. She picked it up and threw in sink exclaiming "That's not a bedbug." We returned to bed to look again and another one was crawling around. She picked it up and threw it in sink saying it was not a bedbug. We returned to office and she refunded my money. Desk clerk said they have a machine they put in room to kill them. It appeared to me that they were not going to call exterminator.

1. 6/6/2022 11:30pm 2. My son got up to give me a hug goodnight and I noticed a dark spot on his shirt sleeve which I thought was lint. Turns out it was a bedbug. Notified management and they offered to change rooms or asked if I wanted to check out. Didn’t feel comfortable changing rooms so we left.
