2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Nov. 18, 2023. I was laying on the bed, then I saw a bedbug crawling on the bed. I killed it, put it on a toilet paper and took it to the front desk. The lady at the front desk laughed and said “oh how did it get in?” like the hotel never had a bedbug before. I moved the upper mattress and found few more bedbugs. It has been there for a while. I immediately left the hotel and claimed for refund through Hotels.com.
