We stayed at this location two nights. The first night a few bites developed on my boyfriend’s arms. We woke up second day with many more bites (a large number on his arms and neck/face and bites on my chest and back) and checked out due to the bites. We were busy with a house search and didn't file complaint with hotel right away. As the bites continued to get worse over the day we contacted Wyndham Resorts who told us to go to the branch and show our bites. We did this and were told that we had to come back the next day and discuss this with the Manager as he couldn't help us. We contacted the manager the next day to come to an amenable solution over the phone to avoid embarrassment (for us having to display our bites and them for having the lack of cleanliness of their hotel on display while customers would likely be present). The manager told us this has never been an issue in the past and we should have come forward with the issues right away (we had more pressing business finding a house and setting up viewings and our lack of experience with these types of situations we didn't think to come forward until the bites became extremely uncomfortable). We started looking online and found complaints for this franchise and one incident a customer actually caught a bedbug in a cup and showed the front desk and were switched to a new room. They found another bug in the new room and were then reimbursed for their stay (presumably leaving). Once we read that this was a known issue with the branch we called back and said we were on our way to show the branch manager our bites (per the protocol provided to us when we originally spoke with Wyndham Resorts) and the manager told us if we showed up to show her our bites, she would call the cops on us. This of course made us livid and we contacted Wyndham Resorts again and per their direction we are submitting this complaint to the BBB and they are going to conduct their own investigation of this issue. The bites continue to get worse (from scratching them and from new bites from bugs on our clothing). We are in the process of moving to Charlotte, NC and I am starting work Sept. 26 2016 so I had all my work clothing with me and brought into the room (which I have taken to the dry cleaners at great cost to avoid transmitting them to my new job). We also have to deal with the pain of laundering all the clothing and bedding that was in our cars in hope preventing bringing these into our new home. We've taken many pictures of the bites.

Bedbugs. Noisy. Dirty. Loud. So much to say about this place. Lied to 3rd party booking saying "there is no bedbugs here" and refuses a refund. I'll be in the process of disputing with my bank, and also filing a lawsuit. Priceline was absolutely not helpful. Will never book through Priceline again. Happened April 7 at 11pm
