I found a bedbug on my bed when I woke up. I felt like something was crawling on me last night but thought I was dreaming.

Everything was wrong with the hotel. When we arrived there were several men outside drinking alcohol. When we got our room it was dirty with crayon markings on the walls. The walls looked all stained with something splattered on the walls. The furniture was all broken, barely holding together. The carpet was very dirty and worst of all there were bed bugs on the beds. We woke up with bites all over. We got up right away and left the filthy hotel. As we were getting our stuff together we saw several roaches on the walls and ceilings. When we got to the reception desk there was a family arguing about bed bugs in their room as well. This has by far been the worst experience we ever had..

I found a bed bug crawling all over my 1 years old daughter, the day after she had red marks on her face . I reported it to the front desk he told me that a lot of clients are complaining about that but the management is doing nothing. So he proposed me another room full of roaches. I stayed all the night up to watch if any beg is gonna bite my daughter : same problem the all room was infested. am so disappointed I feel like wasted my money. With all the money there are making the can make an effort to hire a professional. If my daughter got sick i will sue them period
