July 26/27. We arrived around 3 am. Left around 4:15 am. Horrible!!! I would never recommend this hotel!! My fiance and I just recently started our own business. So we've been putting in alot of hours. We work in Aiken live in Graniteville and decided to stay in a hotel just at least get some rest. My fiance was so tired he was asleep inn the truck while I went to the window to check in..not to mention some guy asked me to come.tl his room to do drugs..which made me feel uncomfortable before even seeing a bedbug or signs of them. I might would've consider going back but they showed to me making the customer feel comfortable was the last on their list. Both rooms were nasty ! I'm still in shock he would not give me my m money back at least. But not only he wouldn't give my money back he was very rude and had to care for anyone but himself. Please help me approach this situation so nobody has to go through what we did.and my money back should be the first and foremost thing to do. If I don't get any results from messaging you, I will do more research and message whomever I need to in order to get results and save others from the same.nightmare. Thanks in advance!

January 24,2022 room #155 About 12:20 am woke up to bed bug bites, called front desk to be told by manager “ they DONT have bed bugs!" I waited for a minute and lots of bed bugs came out! DHEC will be called in the am. It is a shame when bed bugs are in the chair also. Run before stopping here.
